The Downer Precinct

The Downer Precinct

The Downer Heritage Precinct refers to the former Dickson Experiment Station site, which includes several buildings like the former workshop, a former infant and primary school, and a Bicentennial Square garden. While the site has historical significance, it has undergone recent development notably through projects like “The Bradfield,” townhouses and apartments and the Goodwin Independent and Assisted Living complex.
